Kaos Hospitality is an Arizona based hospitality company focused on creating bold, immersive dining destinations that blend elevated cuisine, experiential design, and high-energy venues. The company is quickly establishing itself as a major force in the Arizona dining scene and soon to be a driving force in the hotel sector with its first resort to be developed in Arizona in 2028.

 

The company first made its mark with Three Thirty Three, an Asian-inspired steakhouse that opened in December 2024 and immediately gained attention for its luxury-driven menu and theatrical presentation, from coconut-lime injected king crab legs to gold-grade Wagyu tomahawk steaks. The concept set the tone for Kaos Hospitality’s mission: deliver unforgettable dining experiences that feel as exciting as they are refined.

Kaos Hospitality continues to expand its footprint at Tempe’s Watermark with multiple concepts designed to complement and elevate the destination. IX, Kaos’s sushi concept located under the same roof as Three Thirty Three will offer some of the highest-grade sushi that you will ever find anywhere in the country. 212° is the companies shabu shabu concept introduces an interactive Japanese hot pot experience centered around the art of tableside cooking. Named after the boiling point of water, the concept invites guests to cook premium meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables in simmering broths directly at their table turning every meal into an engaging, hands-on experience.

 

Kaos Hospitaluty will break ground on Wood & Water, an Asian-inspired seafood restaurant scheduled to open in late 2026. The 9,000-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor dining, a patio, panoramic views of Tempe Town Lake, lush greenery, live seafood tanks, and a dramatic 5,000-gallon shark aquarium. Designed to redefine expectations of a seafood restaurant, the concept will showcase elevated, fresh-from-the-ocean cuisine in an airy, design-forward space.

and worth talking about long after the night ends.
